Slippers Day in Cronimet
Czech social media is full of slippers today - for a really great cause! “Slippers Day” supports the idea of mobile hospice care.
A lot of people in the Czech Republic join this initiative and take slippers with them everywhere to raise awareness for this important topic.
80% of people want to die at home, but only 20% actually succeed, so the mobile hospices allow the dying to spend their last moments with dignity and at home. With bringing professional health care, information and necessary support to households, they help families accompany their loved ones until the very end. ♥︎
CRONIMET Ostrava joins “Slippers Day” as part of their long-term cooperation with the Ondrášek Mobile Hospice, which also supports financially, this year with donation of 25.000 CZK.
