The CRONIMET Group has presented its Sustainability Report 2025, which provides an overview of the achieved results, strategic goals and specific steps in the field of climate protection, circular economy and responsible business. ♻️
Sustainability is one of the pillars of the long-term strategy of CRONIMET 2030. The company systematically invests in reducing its environmental footprint, resource efficiency, and innovation in metal and battery recycling. The continued electrification of the vehicle fleet and the transition to renewable energy sources are also an important milestone.
Since 2021, the Group has managed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the Scope 1 and Scope 2 categories by 27%. By 2034, it has set itself the goal of reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 60% and Scope 3 emissions by 35%. The long-term vision is to achieve climate neutrality by 2050.
In addition to climate protection, CRONIMET also focuses on a responsible approach along the entire value chain. It places emphasis on ethical business, occupational health and safety, diversity of the working environment and certified management systems that promote high quality and responsibility towards employees, customers and the environment.
